Health benefits of Mushroom







      Edible mushrooms are the fleshy fruit bodies  of several macrofungi specie that are edible. They are consumed for their nutritional value - cholesterol -free, fat - free,  low calories, gluten free and contains minerals and multiple vitamins. Often grouped with vegetables, mushrooms provide nutritional attributes commonly found in meat, beans, or grains. Mushrooms contains selenium , an antioxidant , which protects body cells from damage that might lead to chronic diseases. They are hearty and filling , placed on a diet menu, can be effective for weight loss.
